Dear Honorable Legislator:


The North Carolina citizens that you represent and who have organized with the group http://www.stopncannexation.com,/ are asking that you respond to the following question:

“Should property owners have the right to vote on annexation?”

This question is the same exact one that appeared in the February 22, 2004 Raleigh News and Observer for which it posed to the readers.

We respectfully ask you to reply, by return e-mail, with a simple YES or NO answer.
Should you desire to explain your answer further, please feel free to do so.
